Begin by bringing a pot of Beef & Chicken broth up to a boil.
Chop and add Celery, Carrots, and your precooked & rinsed Barley to the boiling broth.
Chop half an Onion, 2-3 Garlic cloves, Parsley, and a handful of Stir-fry Beef. Add to a food processor or blender, and mix until a chunky salsa-like texture is achieved. This is called the condiment.
Begin to cook the condiment on a pan over medium-high heat. Add some of your favourite White Wine and a spoonful of Crushed Tomato to the pan, and cook until fragrant.
Add the condiment to the boiling broth. At this point, the Carrots & Celery should be softened.
Taste for seasoning, and add Salt or Vegeta as required.
