Ingredients

  • Coconut Honey Sriracha
  • 1/2 cup Honey

  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Ginger (Minced)

  • 3 Garlic cloves (Minced)

  • 1 tbsp  Corn Starch

  • 3 tbsp Coconut (Shredded)

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • Dill Chimichurri
  • 3/4 cup Fresh Dill (Chopped)

  • 1/4 cup  Fresh Mint Leaves (Chopped)

  • 2 tbsp  Fresh Oregano (Chopped)

  • 3/4 cup Olive Oil

  • 2 tbps White Wine Vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

  • Lemon Aioli
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

  • 5 Garlic cloves (Minced)

  • 3 tbps Lemon Juice

  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Directions

  • Coconut Honey Sriracha - Place the first 7 ingredients into a jar/ container with a lid. Shake together until well combined and pour into a bowl. Stir in the coconut and set aside.
  • Dill Chimichurri - Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and set aside.
  • Lemon Aioli - Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and set aside.
