Ingredients

  • Jalapeños sliced in half
  • Capital Thick Cut Bacon sliced in half for smaller peppers

Cream Cheese Filling

  • 1 part Cream Cheese let soften
  • 1 part Tex-Mex Cheese Blend

Instructions

  1. Start by slicing your Jalapeños in half. Remember, each pepper will make two poppers.

  2. Remove all seeds and the pith (white part) from the peppers. Leave the pith in for a spicier Jalapeño popper.

  3. In a medium mixing bowl, fold equal parts cream cheese, and tex-mex cheese until well combined. Adjust the amounts accordingly for how many Jalapeño Poppers you plan to make.

  4. Fill the Jalapeño halves, with the cheese filling, and then wrap the filled pepper with Capital Thick-Cut Bacon.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400°F or until the bacon is at your desired doneness.

  6. Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
