Ingredients
- Jalapeños sliced in half
- Capital Thick Cut Bacon sliced in half for smaller peppers
Cream Cheese Filling
- 1 part Cream Cheese let soften
- 1 part Tex-Mex Cheese Blend
Instructions
-
Start by slicing your Jalapeños in half. Remember, each pepper will make two poppers.
-
Remove all seeds and the pith (white part) from the peppers. Leave the pith in for a spicier Jalapeño popper.
-
In a medium mixing bowl, fold equal parts cream cheese, and tex-mex cheese until well combined. Adjust the amounts accordingly for how many Jalapeño Poppers you plan to make.
-
Fill the Jalapeño halves, with the cheese filling, and then wrap the filled pepper with Capital Thick-Cut Bacon.
-
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400°F or until the bacon is at your desired doneness.
-
Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
