• Beef & Chicken Broth
  • Cooked Barley
  • Stir-fry Beef
  • Olive Oil
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Celery
  • Italian Parsley
  • Jar of Crushed Tomatoes & Basil
  • White Wine
  • Vegeta (or Vegetable Seasoning)
  1. Begin by bringing a pot of Beef & Chicken broth up to a boil.
  2. Chop and add Celery, Carrots, and your precooked & rinsed Barley to the boiling broth.
  3. Chop half an Onion, 2-3 Garlic cloves, Parsley, and a handful of Stir-fry Beef. Add to a food processor or blender, and mix until a chunky salsa-like texture is achieved. This is called the condiment.
  4. Begin to cook the condiment on a pan over medium-high heat. Add some of your favourite White Wine and a spoonful of Crushed Tomato to the pan, and cook until fragrant.
  5. Add the condiment to the boiling broth. At this point, the Carrots & Celery should be softened.
  6. Taste for seasoning, and add Salt or Vegeta as required.
  7. Serve & Enjoy!
