Begin by boiling a pot of salted water, and slicing your desired amount of Thick Cut Bacon into half inch strips.
Add the sliced bacon to a hot pan, and at the same time add your pasta to the boiling water.
While the bacon and pasta are cooking, combine 3 whole eggs and 1 egg yolk into a bowl with Salt, Pepper, and a sprinkle of grated Parmigiano Cheese.
When the bacon and pasta are cooked (approx 10-12 minutes), remove some of the bacon fat from the pan and begin adding your pasta to the remaining bacon.
Quickly add the egg mixture to the pasta and stir well. You may need to let the bacon pan cool down a little before adding the pasta and eggs to prevent them from scrambling.
Move the pasta to a large serving bowl, top with parmigiano cheese to taste, and enjoy!
