Ingredients:

  • Rotini Pasta
  • Green Onion
  • Grape Tomato
  • Parsley
  • Oregano
  • Tuna
  • Celery
  • Green Beans
  • Peas
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Bell Pepper (Yellow/Orange)
  • Peccorino Cheese
  1. Bring 2 pots of water up to a boil.
  2. Steam your washed green beans and celery in one pot with a steam separator for about 6-7 minutes.
  3. Boil a 454g pack of Rotini Pasta in the other pot of water until desired doneness.
  4. Chop your remaining vegetables up into thin pieces, and add to a large mixing bowl. Also add the herbs, finely chopped, and a can or two of the tuna.
  5. season with Salt, Pepper, and Red Wine Vinegar.
  6. Chop the steamed celery and green beans, and add with the rest of the vegetables.
  7. Strain the pasta once cooked, and rinse with cold water. Add the strained pasta to the large mixing bowl with the vegetables, and toss until evenly mixed. Top with Peccorino Cheese.
  8. Serve, and enjoy!
