Creamy Broccoli & Ham Casserole

This delicious low carb recipe is perfect for a quick and easy keto meal. Creamy, Cheesy, and loaded with Capital Ham Sausage!

  • 2 tsp Cooking Oil
  • 2/3 ring Capital Ham Sausage diced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 0.5 Onion diced
  • 1lb Broccoli
  • 5 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups Half & Half Cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1.5 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1.25 cup Swiss Cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp Corn Starch optional


  1. Preheat a pan on medium-high heat. Add cooking oil, and diced Capital Ham Sausage, and cook until browned.

  2. Remove Capital Ham Sausage from the pan, but do not drain. Add 2 tbsp butter, and onions. Cook until the onions are translucent. 

  3. When onions are cooked, add the broccoli. Cook until the broccoli becomes vibrant. (about 3-4 minutes)

  4. When the broccoli is cooked, add the garlic. Cook the garlic for 30-60 seconds, or until fragrant. Try not to brown the garlic.

  5. After the garlic is cooked, add the cream. Simmer until desired consistency. If you want to thicken the sauce, you can add a 1tbsp corn starch slurry at this time. (corn starch and water)

  6. Top evenly with both cheeses, and broil until golden. Serve and enjoy!
