This delicious low carb recipe is perfect for a quick and easy keto meal. Creamy, Cheesy, and loaded with Capital Ham Sausage!
Preheat a pan on medium-high heat. Add cooking oil, and diced Capital Ham Sausage, and cook until browned.
Remove Capital Ham Sausage from the pan, but do not drain. Add 2 tbsp butter, and onions. Cook until the onions are translucent.
When onions are cooked, add the broccoli. Cook until the broccoli becomes vibrant. (about 3-4 minutes)
When the broccoli is cooked, add the garlic. Cook the garlic for 30-60 seconds, or until fragrant. Try not to brown the garlic.
After the garlic is cooked, add the cream. Simmer until desired consistency. If you want to thicken the sauce, you can add a 1tbsp corn starch slurry at this time. (corn starch and water)
Top evenly with both cheeses, and broil until golden. Serve and enjoy!
